Customers who downloaded Ver. 1.12 [Cautions] - Error E04 occurs when updating the firmware to Ver 1.12 and it may not complete properly, but you can correctly complete the update by rebooting this unit repeatedly and boot as EM (recovery) mode ("TS-HTGL-EM***" is displayed on the front LCD), and then update to the newest version. - Even though Ver.1.12 firmware update was completed, Error E04 may still occur when rebooting and it may stopped to be properly rebooted, update the firmware to the newest one to fix this problem. It updates the firmware to Ver. 1.35. If your TS-HTGL has had Ver. 1.35 or later installed, you do not have to update it (it is not listed in the updater). Also, procedures to update from Ver.1.04 and from Ver.1.02 or earlier are different. Please follow the procedure described in "TS-HTGL1.35 update.html". [How to check the firmware version] Open Web configuration screen, and select [System Condition]-[System Information].
